Assisting a development organization, university departments or supporting institution to respond to the current and anticipated demands in industry calls for a change process. The strategy of development organizations needs to be long term so that adequate resources can be developed or acquired, while at the same time it must be relevant to industries and customers also in the shorter and medium term.

I support development organizations to better understand their external and internal environment, and to then craft a strategy and implementation process.

My role is that of an advisor, an external coach or perhaps that of a process facilitator. My job is to help teams discover what is possible, explore what is holding them back, and formulate strategies to adapt to a changing context. This helps teams to jointly make sense of their world, and it builds their capacity to continuously adapt their strategy and activities.
